A transparent PNG has no background, so it can sit on top of any photo, video or website. It is the right format for logos, watermarks, stickers and text overlays.

Steps

  1. Open HF Photo Editor.
  2. In the Canvas tab, pick a size such as Logo 1000×1000.
  3. Set Background to None. The canvas shows a checkered pattern, which means transparent.
  4. Add your text, shapes or an image with a transparent background.
  5. Press Download, choose PNG, and save.

Tips

  • Crop tightly. Use the Crop tool so there is no extra empty space around your design.
  • Use 2× size if the logo will be printed or shown large.
  • WebP also keeps transparency and gives smaller files for websites.

Save your work

Press Save to download the project file. Later you can open it with Project, change the text or colors, and export a new PNG.
